      Please note that only returns of UNOPENED kits and products are accepted, and the application for return should be done WITHIN 30 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted if it's been 3 months since the order’s shipped. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for return, if the product is good when it arrives. We will charge a 5% fee for re-inventory if the returned item values $500 or higher. Reasonable business is highly appreciated in any deal. For any issues, feel free to contact us and we'll try our best to help!

    • Because our shipping system is automated, we cannot add or remove items from existing orders. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel and refund it so that you can create a new order with all the items you would like. Please contact us if you would like us to cancel your order.

      If we cancel your order we cannot guarantee that the products in your original order will still be in stock when you decide to place another order.

    • To get a copy of your invoice, please sign in on by the button on the upper right corner. Once logged in, click My Account to view My Order, then click View Order. To get a printable copy of an invoice, click Invoice next to the Shipments.
      If your order was placed under guest checkout, you need to check the order processing.We will send the invoice to your mailbox after the order is completed.

    • We take purchase orders from most places on the globe unless the logistics we use cannot ship the goods to your country.

      To place an order, you're recommended to sign up and have an account on our website so you can track the order status conveniently, or you can also just make the order as a guest. You can enter your location and Get a Quote to check the shipping rates underneath - whether free shipping or not, or Add to Cart / Add to wishlist. Before officially placing the order, please go to your wishlist and add the right-to-be-purchased items to cart. Then on the Shoping Cart page, confirm items to be paid for and their quantity, and click Proceed to Checkout. If you have a SunFounder account, you may check the status on Order Tracking; if you placed an order as a guest, you'll receive emails about the status.
