    • PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY PACKAGE!

      Please note that only the returns of UNOPENED kits and products are accepted, and the application for return should be done WITHIN 15 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged on arrival or defective. We will charge a 5% fee for re-inventory if the returned item values $500 or higher. For any issues, feel free to contact us and we'll try our best to help you!

    • Please contact us as soon as you realize that you need to modify your order. If your order has been shipped out, we may not be able to modify it for you. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it for you. Then you can create a new order with the updated item list items you would like. Please contact us if you would like us to cancel your order.

      If we cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that the products in your original order will still be in stock when you decide to place another order.

      If your order was placed under guest checkout, you need to check the order processing. We will send the invoice to your mailbox after the order is completed.

    • We accept the purchase orders from most places on the globe, unless the logistics we use cannot ship the goods to your country.
      Please send the SKU and quantity of the items you plan to purchase to our email at service@sunfounder.com. After receiving your mail, we will have a specialist to follow up with your business.
