Product Description

  • Adopt the universal 32.768kHz crystal oscillator
  • With a button cell holder for LIR2032 rechargeable Li-ion battery
  • Use three lines (CE, I/O, SCLK) to synchronously communicate with CPU, or have a 3-wire interface; support clock signals or RAM data under a multi-byte mode (burst)
  • 5-Pin anti-reverse cable included
  • Operating temperature: 0°C ~ +70°C
  • Power: less than 1mW (data and clock information stored)

  • An MQ-2 gas sensor module that outputs an analog value when sensing combustible gas. The higher concentration of the gas is, the greater value it will output. When the value exceeds the threshold set, the signal indicator will light up.
  • High sensitivity to liquefied gas, natural gas, town gas, smog, etc.
  • With a comparator LM393 to output both digital and analog signals at the same time
  • Working voltage: 3.3V - 5V; PCB size: 2.3 x 4.0cm
  • Equipped with power light and a signal output indicator

  • Hand-hold devices
  • Electronic watch
  • Electronic alarm

Good startup project for Home/Shop Safety By Carl 2016-07-26 08:03:42

Great sensor for Arduino or Rasphberry Pi project or stand alone detection system. Fully adjustable alarm point and output allows you to make it a warning system for gas buildups in remote locations even without a connection to a PLC. When connected to a PLC (Arduino or Rasphberry PI) it server well as a gas detection data logger and can be connected to real world remote devices with WiFi or cloud access. Good for home safety and shop warning systems or even portable leak detection devices. Open source code available with search of "Arduino Gas Detector"

Great project for home safety By Techplay 2016-07-26 07:31:50

Nice design, compact with secondary output which can be useful for backup alarm if not monitored regularly or in a remote location. Good sensitivity to gas with adjustable alarm point. Good for enclosed environments where gas may build up. You can find links for these types of device by searching Arduino Gas Detector Projects and Code example are full compatible with this unit.
