With a few heatsinks, that helped me relieve a lot of worries about overheating, and with how cool the temperatures were (altering checking when i was done playing) i was confident that my Pi was in great shape. Now about 2 months in, it's been working wi By Dominic Nguyen 2016-05-10 09:56:58

Great product, i used this to build an arcade cabinet with a empty housing, and was a little skeptical based on it's price, and how well it would actually run. After finding a monitor and all the right cables,I was happy to find out that my worries were quickly settled as soon as i booted up my arcade system software off of the Rasperry Pi 2 and played for hours.

I've enjoyed installing various Linux distributions and teaching myself various things like running a Wordpress server. This device has brought me back into the realm of Linux fun. By Devin Van Volkenburg 2016-05-10 09:56:28

This is my first introduction into single board computers and I am very impressed. I did tons of research into the subject before finally deciding on purchasing the Raspberry Pi 2. There are plenty of similar products out there and some even have better specifications. What sold me on this product is the vast level of community support. That level of support combined with the current hardware specs and price point made this an easy choice for me.

Update: Now using another for DNS and HTTP caching, speeds up the browsing on the whole house :) By bvande 2016-05-10 09:55:50

I use mine to host a MySQL database and it does great! These are so much better than the first versions...If you love your original Raspberry you'll love this one even more, it's a worthwhile upgrade.

It also uses less power than the original Model B at less than 5W. There are many benchmarks out there so check them out. I plan to use more of these for my projects in the future. By Carl 2016-05-10 09:53:00

I absolutely love this Pi. I've migrated my first project from the Model B to the 2 and the performance is excellent. Double the memory of the Model B at 1GB, quad core 900Mhz CPU, 4 USB ports and enough GPIO pins for any project. I'm running Kodi/OSMC on this Pi and the boot time is less than 15 seconds with all my added components.
