Teaches you how electricity works and the many things it does. Very clear instructions to follow. Something you can do over and over. My son loves playing with it as well as showing it off when guests are around. He finds it very interesting and thinks is

I am just getting into Arduino so I wanted a simple inexpensive starter kit. This was the right choice. Instead of just throwing it all in a plastic bag, it comes nicely packaged in a plastic box. Included are a nice color printed guide, a CD, and even a

It even includes a small booklet with simple experiments you can try. If you are new to this hobby this a great kit to get you going then if you decided to stay in the hobby this kit will teach you what other parts you need to add to this kit. This is jus
This is a great starter kit for those just getting into this hobby. Some people would say you can get the individual parts cheaper. That would add consideable effort and making sure you got compatible parts would be critical. I have been into electronic for many, many years and have boxes and boxes of parts but it was so much easier to just order this kit and within two days I had everything I needed to start using my microcomputer/controller.

Other than that, this seems like exactly what it says. Parts are identifiable via online searches and/or correlation with the list provided in the product summary. Everything is there, contained within a nice plastic resealable box. And as far
I'm new to Arduino, and this ended up fueling my first explorations. Works out pretty well.

The photos provided by Amazon seem key to figuring out what piece is what. As far as I can tell, the resistors (the most crucial-to-sort parts) are ordered by increasing resistance, with the 1 kiloohm helpfully labeled (in both the photo and the kit I received) to help you out. More labels would be nice, but eh. It seems to work.
