Writing the Code
Note
1.You can copy this code into Arduino IDE.
2.To install the library, use the Arduino Library Manager and search for LiquidCrystal I2C and install it.
3.Don’t forget to select the board(Arduino UNO R4 WiFi/Minima) and the correct port before clicking the Upload button.
#include
// LCD address 0x27, 16 columns, 2 rows
LiquidCrystal_I2C lcd(0x27, 16, 2);
void setup() {
lcd.init(); // Init LCD
lcd.backlight(); // Turn on backlight
lcd.clear(); // Clear screen
}
void loop() {
// Display top message "Hello world!"
lcd.setCursor(2, 0);
lcd.print("Hello world!");
delay(1000);
lcd.clear();
// Display bottom message "LCD Tutorial"
lcd.setCursor(2, 1);
